We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. 

We DO combine orders, email us with your order numbers.

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

We are NOT responsible for unauthorized purchases.

We are NOT responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout. 

We will NOT offer refunds for slimes that weren't to your liking. Faulty products are never sold and extensive quality control is done on every slime. Please refer to your slime care guide to resolve any issues. 

We are NOT responsible for packages returned due to the refusal of paying international customs, fees, or taxes and we WILL not offer a refund if your package is returned by the carrier due to this.
