Shipping & Handling

💗 How long it takes for your order to arrive: 

Please allow 1-2 full business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Note: this does not include weekends and major holidays. Delays in transit may occur due to postal operation errors, weather conditions, and holidays.

Shipping Time Frame:
1-2 full business days processing time + your selected shipping method transit time = Estimated delivery time

Shipping Method Transit Times:
Please be advised that the transit time stated below are estimations. Delays in transit may occur due to postal operation errors, weather conditions, weekends, and holidays.
The selected shipping method only applies to shipping time and does not include our processing time (1-2 business days). 

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days

Please keep in mind that international packages will take longer to arrive than domestic orders.

 

💗  How to track your order:

A shipping confirmation containing your tracking number(s) will be sent to the email or phone number you have provided once your order has shipped.


💗 Incorrect shipping address provided:

We are not responsible for the order being shipped to the incorrect address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible to input the correct address and review it to ensure it is accurate. 

 

💗 Lost or stolen packages:

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please contact your local carrier immediately. We are not responsible for orders that are stolen, lost, or are unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address. We have no control over your package after it has shipped. We do not grant refunds or replacements for packages marked as “delivered”. If you believe your package has been stolen, it is recommended to file a police report. If you have stopped receiving tracking updates on your order, and it has not been delivered, please contact USPS directly for assistance. We do not offer refunds for packages that have been lost or misplaced by shipping carriers.

 

💗 Returned Orders: 

If your order is returned by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for paying the shipping fees needed to re-ship the package. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided during checkout, and we will not provide a refund if you refuse to pay for your package to be re-shipped.

 

💗 Customs/Duties/Taxes/Fees:

When ordering internationally, additional customs fees may apply. Customers are 100% responsible for all Duties, Fees, Taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) imposed by their respective countries when shipping internationally. These taxes are NOT included in the International shipping fee and orders will not be refunded because of unwanted additional fees. Please be sure to check with your local post office to find out fees before placing an order.  

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Failure to fulfill these charges will result in an unsuccessful delivery.

 

💗 Damaged slimes: 

If your slime arrives damaged or broken, please contact us at pinksugarslimey@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide pictures of all damaged items for further assistance.
