💗 What is included in my order? 

You will receive the slimes ordered and a care bag including activator spray, a care card, and candy. 

 

💗 Is slime edible?

Slime is not edible and is for playing purposes only. Never consume slime or any items included with the slime (charms, glitters, add-ons, etc.)

 

💗 How long should slimes last?

With proper care, slimes can last for a few months or even years. However, it is normal for slimes to deflate or melt over time due to the nature of slime ingredients. 

To keep your slime in the best condition, make sure to wash your hands before and after play. It is recommended to play with slime on a clean surface to prevent any debris or bacteria from getting in your slime. After play, store your slime in an airtight container and a cool environment. If your slime is sticky, re-activate using the included slime activator spray or a borax solution.


💗 What age is slime good for?

Slime is a fun and therapeutic toy that is recommended for ages 10 and up. Please keep slime away from children under 3 years old as slime poses risk for choking or accidental ingestion. We recommend slime products are given with adult supervision for ages 3-10 years old. 

 

💗 Can you combine my orders and refund extra shipping costs?

Yes we do combine orders and will refund extra shipping, email us with your order numbers. 

 

💗 Can I cancel my order? 

No, all sales are final. Please double check your cart before checking out. We are not responsible for any customer mistakes made during checkout. 

 

💗 I put in the wrong shipping address, can you change it? 

Shipping labels are printed with the information you provide during checkout. We are unable to make changes to the address on the label after the time of purchase. Please double check the address provided before placing your order. We are not responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses provided. 

 

💗 What size are your slimes? 

All slimes are packaged in 7oz containers, unless stated otherwise. 

 

💗 A slime I want is sold out, can you stock more? 

All supply of each slime is stocked at the time of the restock. All slimes are limited edition and are often never made again. If there is a specific slime you want, it is recommended to set a reminder for the restock so you don't miss out. 

 

💗 Do you do custom orders? 

We DO NOT do custom orders. If you would like to purchase a slime, you are able to do so when there is a restock. 

 

💗 When do you restock? 

We restock every other week, unless stated otherwise. Please check my instagram bio for any upcoming restock dates. 

 

💗 I am not satisfied with my slime, can I have a refund?

No, we will not provide a refund. We keep a personal of every slime sold and do extensive quality control on every product. Faulty slimes are never sold. Any issues concerning your slime are most likely caused by weather or the activation state of your slime. Please refer to the slime care guide provided to resolve these problems. We are not responsible for your slime changing in texture, deflating, melting or becoming stiff after play. Every slime texture has a different lifespan, so please take this into consideration and be mindful with play. It is normal for slime textures to change overtime with wear and age. Adding activating or de-activating agents, such as borax solution or glycerin can also contribute to this.
